Vienna and vacation apartments
 Many of you might know Vienna, the capital of Austria in Europe, as the capital of music. Let’s mention the famous Vienna opera house, Schloß Schönbrunn with its fantastic concerts in the summer or the jazz festival Vienna, which takes place usually in may and june.
 Since Vienna hosts also UN headquarters, many people working in this beautiful town need apartments. Vienna also attracts tourist mainly from Germany, the USA, Japan and Italy, although the fact needs to be addressed that more and more tourist from Russia and Eastern Europe like to visit the town located directly at the river Danube.

 • Vicinity of a station of the underground lines
 • Parking lot (even free parking?), in case you need your own car
 • Vicinity of a supermarket and other stores you might need
 • Equipment of the apartment (TV, WLAN, internet-access, kitchen, toilets, bedrooms, balcony or terrace)
 Which prices can you expect for the rental of apartments. Recently prices are definitely increasing, although the worldwide financial crisis did not stop in front of Vienna. Starting from 100,- Euro per night for smaller apartments up to 400,- Euro per night for king size apartments offering place for up to ten persons, these are the prices you will usually meet as in any other European city.
